Poltava Fashion Week 2016
Ukrainian Fashion Week 2016 was held in Poltava on February 15-16, many Ukrainian designers took part in it. Lado Kostadian organizer of the project and founder of JUST IN SPACE. Venue is the shopping center Europe.
Tatiana Shchurova, designer of the Histrov brand, presented her designed embroidered shirts at the show. Demand for ethnic motives is growing every day. Folk culture, natural fabrics combined with modern trends fascinate and inspire.TM TATIANA Shukurova collections speak of love for traditions, nature and ourselves.
Invited guests of the evening, the finalists of “Ukraine’s Next Supermodel” Victoria Maremyha and Anna Sulima tried on Tatiana Shchurova’s embroidered shirts. In ethnic outfits, girls appeared for interviews. Organizer of the fashion show Lado Kostadian also did not pass by the national costumes. Photos and interviews from the show were published in the open spaces of the Poltava city Internet edition “Kolo”. On photos the star trio in authentic Ukrainian embroidered shirts by designer Tatiana Shchurova. The embroidery highlights beauty and individuality of the girls.
Main idea of the fashion event is to show that designer clothes can be affordable and suitable for everyday wear. Tatiana Shchurova adheres to the same opinion that is why she creates her collections for modern urban women. Victoria Maremyha admitted in her interview that lately she has been giving preference to Ukrainian brands and is trying to support the domestic manufacturer.
